Step 1:
Cooked white rice. Toss it out. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours. Then, beat in the rice: 2 chicken eggs, some seasoning powder, some pepper. Mix everything well until the eggs and spices penetrate each grain of rice.

Put oil in a hot pan, fry minced garlic until golden, then add green beans and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry. When the green beans are just cooked, add: 1 tablespoon soy sauce + 1 tablespoon oyster sauce + 1/2 tablespoon sugar + 1/3 tablespoon seasoning powder + 1/2 teaspoon MSG. Stir everything to absorb and then remove to a plate.

Put oil in a hot pan. Add diced onion stalks and saute until golden. At that time, turn off the heat and put 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in the pan. Stir until the turmeric powder is completely dissolved.
