- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
- Marinate the Shrimp:
- Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a bowl.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the shrimp.
- Pour half of the sauce mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat. Reserve the remaining sauce for later.

- While the shrimp are cooking, toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
- Serve:
- Serve the sesame shrimp immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
