Ingredients:

500g chicken wings 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon MSG (monosodium glutamate) 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 teaspoon tempura flour 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 egg 2 tablespoons flour Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean the chicken wings, drain off the water and put them into a large bowl.
  2. Mix salt, sugar, black pepper, MSG, fish sauce, tempura flour and cornstarch together in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture of spices over the chicken wings and mix well. Use your hands to rub the chicken wings so that the spices are evenly absorbed into the meat.
