Instructions for Making Fried Shrimp with Satay

Shrimp satay

Fried shrimp satay is a simple dish but not so that it is less delicious. The spicy taste of satay mixed with the fatty and chewy taste of shrimp will make you want to eat it forever.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh shrimp: 300 gr
  • Chili: 5 Fruits
  • Chilli paste: 2 Tablespoons
  • Purple onion: 2 Tubers
  • Garlic: 1 tuber
  • White sugar: 2 Tablespoons
  • Fish sauce: 1 Tablespoon
  • Cooking oil: 1 Tablespoon

Instructions:

  • Wash shrimp, cut off the spines and legs at the top. Minced garlic, red onion and chili pepper. Heat up the pan, add a little oil, then add garlic, shallot, and minced chili until fragrant
  • Add satay chili, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce and stir until the mixture is well mixed, add shrimp and stir until shrimp is cooked and absorbed, then turn off the heat.
  • Put on a plate, eat with rice and raw vegetables is the best. Sauteed shrimp satay with crispy, crunchy fresh shrimp, mixed with characteristic spicy and aromatic satay. It’s fun to eat and breathe like that. I usually eat this dish with cold rice, it’s delicious!
