Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  • Green beans are soaked in water for about 30 minutes, then put in a steamer to cook.
  • Tofu in a pan, fry until golden brown and cut into strands.
  • Mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms are soaked in warm water for about 20 minutes, washed and cut into small pieces.
  • Sweet potatoes, carrots are peeled, washed, grated and then soaked in salt water for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you put in a clean towel, wring out all the water.
