Ingredients:

  • 500g shrimp
  • 700g pork belly
  • 500g fresh vermicelli
  • 1 roll of spring rolls
  • Lettuce, raw vegetables, herbs, chives
  • Pickled food, crushed roasted peanuts

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Raw Vegetables

Raw vegetables, herbs, chives… you wash them, soak them in salt water, wash them with water and then take them out to drain.

Step 2: Prepare Shrimp

  • Wash shrimp, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar to make the shrimp rich and not smelly and fishy.

Step 3: Prepare the Meat
