Ingredients:

  • 10 lemon leaves (choose young leaves)

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Korean chili powder
  • Ground pepper

Ingredients:

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put chicken in a bowl, add ½ teaspoon salt, ground pepper, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and mix well. Put the garlic in the spice grinder. Thinly sliced lime leaves.
