Ingredients:
- 400 grams of chicken breast
- 30 grams of garlic
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 10 lemon leaves (choose young leaves)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoning seeds
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Korean chili powder
- Ground pepper
Ingredients:
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put chicken in a bowl, add ½ teaspoon salt, ground pepper, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and mix well. Put the garlic in the spice grinder. Thinly sliced lime leaves.
- Put the pan on the stove, add the cooking oil and heat it up. When the oil is hot, fry the chicken until golden brown, then remove.
- Put another pan on the stove, put 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in and press until the butter melts, then add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add 100ml of filtered water to the pan, add 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of Korean chili powder to boil.
- Add the chicken to the pan and sauté until the chicken is dry. Sprinkle with lime leaves and turn off the heat.
- Put the chicken on a plate, season with salt, pepper and lemon and enjoy. Can be served with bread.
