How to Make Delicious Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cooked rice
  • 300 grams of chicken breast, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink, then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced carrot and cook until it is soft. Add the peas and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
  6. Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well and cook for another minute or two.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
